• Fully hardened production tools can be guaranteed up to 3 million cycles and have been known to last much longer.
• We store, maintain, and repair molds at our facility throughout the life of the mold.

Mehta Techno Plast has an on-site fully equipped, high-efficiency tool room which helps to reduce transportation costs and lead times. We design and build plastic injection molds in the same facility that we manufacture plastic parts. Our experienced tool makers make complicated mold repairs quickly to minimize downtime in production.

We have a tool depot that serves as apparatus for complete engineering plant. It enables the firm to build manufacturing skills across the various range of automotive to medical industry. We have CNC wire cut machines, EDM, Hi-tech CNC Vertical M/C from HAAS, USA for precision and customized mould making. Our Tool-Room is capable of giving any desired shape to the Iron or any other metal. This in-house capability of the tool room differentiates us and provides an edge over the competitors.
